This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use this website and sign up for our Free 7-Day Yoga Habit Challenge or WhatsApp community, how we use it, and the choices you have.
By submitting the sign-up form, you consent to the practices described below.
What we collect
When you sign up, we collect:
- Your name
- Your WhatsApp number
- Your email address — only if you choose to provide it (optional)
- Your consent, with the date and time you gave it
- Basic, privacy-friendly usage analytics (such as page visits and sign-ups) that do not personally identify you
How we use your information
We use your details only to:
- Send the Free 7-Day Challenge details and a one-time welcome message on WhatsApp
- Share the WhatsApp community invite, where the challenge runs
- Contact you about our yoga classes and community
- Add you to our email list for occasional updates — only if you provided an email
Your consent
We process your personal data on the basis of the consent you give through the sign-up form, in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
Your consent is recorded with a timestamp. You can withdraw it at any time (see “Your choices and rights”). Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already carried out before then.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the service providers that help us run the sign-up, each processing it under their own terms and security measures:
- Meta / WhatsApp — to send your welcome message and run the community group
- Google — sign-ups are stored in a private Google Sheet
- Our email provider — only if you gave an email, to manage our mailing list
How long we keep it
We keep your details for as long as you are part of our community or interested in our classes. If you ask us to delete your data or withdraw consent, we remove it from our sign-up records, usually within 30 days.
Your choices and rights
At any time, you can:
- Ask what data we hold about you and request a copy
- Ask us to correct or update it
- Ask us to delete it, or withdraw your consent
- Opt out of WhatsApp messages by replying STOP, or by leaving the community group
- Unsubscribe from emails using the link in any email we send
Children
Our classes are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has shared data with us, please contact us and we will remove it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date above will always reflect the latest version.
